人力资本对区域产业结构升级的影响研究——基于省级面板数据

摘　　要：人力资本对作为推动产业结构升级的重要影响因素,一直以来都是学者们研究的热点。基于全国平均和东、中、西部地区2008-2017年面板数据,构建面板回归模型,研究不同发展阶段的人力资本对产业结构升级的影响。实证结果表明:人力资本能够显著促进中部及东西部地区的产业结构升级;对中部地区起到微弱的抑制作用;其他控制变量也对产业结构升级有正向影响。因此,推进产业结构升级要依据地区发展的实际情况,因地制宜地制定优化产业结构的对策,继续加大对东部和西部地区的人力资本投资力度,提高对科研的投入,改善外商投资环境。As an important factor influencing the upgrading of industrial structure,human capital has always been a hot topic for scholars.Based on the 2008-2017 panel data of the national average,eastern,central and western regions,a panel regression model was constructed to study the impact of human capital on industrial structure upgrading at different stages of development.The empirical results show that human capital can significantly promote the industrial structure upgrade in China and the eastern and western regions;it has a weak inhibitory effect on the central region;other control variables also have a positive impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,to promote the upgrading of industrial structure,it is necessary to formulate measures to optimize the industrial structure according to the actual conditions of regional development,and continue to increase investment in human capital in the eastern and western regions,increase investment in scientific research,and improve the foreign investment environment.
