国贸专业大学生职业胜任力培养教学体系设计研究——以安徽工程大学为例

摘　　要：不同专业、不同岗位,需要的职业胜任力是不同的。基于职业胜任特征具有较强的时效性,本文以调研数据为支撑,明确在新的贸易环境下国贸专业大学生职业胜任力的关键指标,针对性的构建国贸专业大学生胜任力模型。并以"胜任力"为导向,对安徽工程大学国贸专业教学体系重新进行立体化设计,使教学体系的设置与外贸岗位需求新变化紧密对接,最大限度地开发大学生的职业胜任力,有效提升国贸专业毕业生的就业竞争力。The professional competence is different in terms of various professions and positions.Due to the strong timeliness characteristic of professional competence,this thesis is based on massive research data,clearly defines the key indicators of professional competence of international trade majors in the new trade environment,and specifically construct the competency model of international trade college students.Guided by the competency,the three-dimensional design of AHPU’s teaching system has been re-constructed,so that the setting of the teaching system is closely linked with the new changes in the demand for foreign trade posts,maximally developing the professional competence of college students,thereby effectively enhancing the employment competitiveness of graduates majoring in international trade.
