摘 要:为了避免由于抽油管过度磨损造成的事故,有必要对抽油管壁磨损量进行检测。结合抽油管缺陷检测和管壁磨损测量技术的分类和特点,概述了当前抽油管检测技术的应用方法。对这些检测技术的原理和技术关键做了较详细的分析。指出各种检测方法各自的优缺点,需兼顾考虑抽油管的质量以及设备方面的性能,并同时结合考虑实际经济情况来进行检测设备的选用。In order to avoid accidents caused by excessive wear of the oil extraction pipe,it is necessary to detect the wall wear of the oil extraction pipe.Based on the classification and characteristics of the detection technology of tubing defects and the tubing wall wear measurement technology,the application methods of the current detection technology of tubing are summarized.This paper makes a relatively detailed analysis of the principles and key points of these detection technologies,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of each detection method.It is necessary to consider both the quality of the oil extraction pipe and the performance of the equipment,and to select the detection equipment in combination with the actual economic situation.
