探究催化剂用量对甲阶酚醛树脂的羟甲基含量、粘均分子量影响

摘  要:本文基于NaOH催化剂,经反应后得到了甲阶酚醛树脂,所得产品中游离酚/醛含量相对较低,探寻了反应所需时间以及不同程度催化剂对化学反应所产生的影响。实际结果表明,若反应时间偏长,无论是羟甲基还是游离酚的含量都得到了有效控制,内部粘均分子量明显增多;伴随着催化剂用量的增加,有效控制了游离酚/醛含量,此时受催化剂的影响会在分子间产生尤为明显的缩聚反应。Based on NaOH catalyst,the first-order phenolic resin was obtained after reaction.The content of free phenol/formaldehyde in the product was relatively low.The reaction time and the influence of different degree of catalyst on the chemical reaction were explored.The results show that if the reaction time is too long,the content of both hydroxymethyl and free phenol is effectively controlled,and the average molecular weight of internal viscous increases significantly.With the increase of catalyst dosage,the content of free phenol/aldehyde is effectively controlled.At this time,especially obvious polycondensation reaction will occur between molecules under the influence of catalyst.
