摘  要:航空发动机附件齿轮由于行波共振会引起成块断裂的破坏。针对航空发动机转速高、测量环境复杂、信噪比低等特点,为了准确测量行波共振转速,设计合适的声波导管,将齿轮产生的机械噪声以平面波的形式从附件机匣内部传递出来,布置声传感器测量齿轮噪声,并对声信号进行时频分析,获得齿轮的行波共振转速、频率及激励源。其结果与有限元计算结果相比最大误差为3.75%,验证了该结果的准确性。对比分析了齿轮在不同边界条件下的行波共振转速,结果显示边界条件对高阶行波频率影响较小,为航空发动机齿轮设计和故障诊断提供了简单、有效的手段。Aero-engine accessory gears could be damaged in the form of block fracture due to traveling-wave resonance.Considering the features of high speed,complicated measuring environment and low SNR,a measurement method for traveling-wave resonance was proposed.Acoustic sensors were placed to measure the mechanical noise of accessory gears exported from the inside of an accessory gearbox in the form of plane wave by using an acoustic catheter.Then the time-frequency analysis of signals was carried out to achieve the traveling wave resonance speed,its frequency and the excitation source of gears.The maximum error is 3.75%,compared with the result of the finite element calculation,which verifies the accuracy of the method.The experimental results of gears under different boundary conditions were compared.The results show that the boundary conditions have little effect on the high-order traveling wave frequency.The study provides a simple and effective means for the aero-engine gear design and troubleshooting.
