摘 要:摇摆式气体循环增压泵(摇摆泵)在研制过程中,需对折线轴进行无试重、多方案快速动平衡。针对现有动平衡方法的不足,通过模态分析,构建了以直轴配重块质径积、斜轴配重块质量和质心偏移距离为变量的折线轴动平衡状态参数模型。根据质心计算公式,结合数学建模和结构优化,建立了以质量和质心位置为目标值的四元参数化结构反求方法,成功设计出符合动平衡方案的配重块。建立轴承支撑模型,对该无试重动平衡方法进行了仿真,并通过测量实际配重时的振动加速度,对动平衡方案进行了验证。结果表明,该方法可提供多种动平衡方案以便摇摆泵的迭代设计,所有方案均能有效地降低折线轴旋转时的不平衡量。In the development of swing pumps,in order to achieve the dynamic balance of a folding shaft without trail weights,a multi-scheme method was established based on a parameter model for equilibrium state and the reverse structural designing.The parameter model consists of three variables,the mass-radius product of the balance weight on the direct-axis,the mass of balance weight on the oblique-axis and the centroid shifting distance of the oblique-axis.By virtue of the centroid calculation formula and the mathematical model with structural optimization,a method for reverse structural design was proposed and according to this way the balance weight was designed successfully.The balance effect of each solution has been verified through the established bearing-support model and corresponding vibration tests.It is shown that,different balance solutions can be provided through this dynamic balance method and all solutions can decrease the imbalance of the folding shaft effectively.
