我国普惠金融发展对贫富差距的影响效应研究

摘　　要：普惠金融的发展,让社会各阶层获得金融服务的机会,进而逐步缩小贫富差距。目前我国的贫富差距较大,为剖析我国普惠金融发展对贫富差距的影响效应,构建农村普惠金融扶贫效应模型和推算我国普惠金融发展指数,基于全国31个省的相关数据分东部、中部和西部三个地区进行实证检验,阐释我国普惠金融发展对贫富差距的影响。研究结果表明:普惠金融发展对我国贫富差距的改善作用不显著、缺乏可持续性且存在地区差异。对此,提出我国应当从完善金融体系、优化金融服务和创新服务工具等入手,不断扩大普惠金融对缩小我国贫富差距的正面影响效应。The development of inclusive finance,enhancing opportunities for all sectors of society to obtain financial services,can gradually narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.At present,the gap between the rich and the poor is serious in China.In order to analyze the impact of inclusive financial development on the gap between the rich and the poor,this paper constructs a model of poverty alleviation effect of inclusive financial development in rural areas and calculates China’s inclusive financial development index.Based on the relevant data of 31 provinces in China,an empirical test is carried out in three regions,namely,eastern,central and western regions,to analyze the impact of inclusive finance on the gap between the rich and the poor.The results show that inclusive financial development has no significant effect on improving the gap between the rich and the poor in China,lacking sustainability and regional differences.Regarding this,it proposes that China should start with perfecting the financial system,optimizing financial services and innovating service tools,and constantly expand the positive effect of inclusive finance on the narrowing of the gap between the rich and the poor in China.
