摘　　要：就业是民生之本,也是经济发展的重中之重。大学生是未来社会主义建设的主力军,也是促进未来中国经济实现高质量发展的关键力量,如何让大学生更好地服务国家战略和区域经济社会发展一直是我们必须面对的重大课题。文章通过以湖南商学院2019届毕业生高质量就业市场建设方案为例,对在新时代背景下推进湖南省经贸类高校高质量就业市场建设路径做了有益的探索。Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the top priority of economic development.College students are the main force in the future socialist construction and the key force to promote the high-quality development of the Chinese economy in the future.How to make college students better serve the national strategy and regional economic and social development has always been a major issue that we must face.Taking the high-quality employment market construction plan of the 2019 graduates of Hunan Business School as an example,this paper makes a useful exploration for promoting the construction of high-quality employment market in Hunan economic and trade colleges and universities in the new era.
