摘　　要：目的:确定颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的危险因素。方法:200例行单纯颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗颈椎退变性疾病的患者,根据术后第8天双下肢血管彩超检查结果,将20例发生下肢DVT的患者纳入DVT组,其余180例患者术后经检查无下肢DVT,纳入非DVT组,比较两组间年龄、性别、体质指数、疾病史、吸烟史、凝血功能、术中出血量、术后卧床时间等指标的差异,分析DVT的危险因素。结果:与非DVT组相比,DVT组患者年龄较大,吸烟者的比例较高(P<0.05)。高龄是术后DVT的危险因素,OR(95%CI)为1.075(1.013-1.142.(P<0.05)。结论:高龄是颈后路单开门椎管扩大成形术后下肢DVT的危险因素。Aim:To determine the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after cervical posterior expansive laminoplasty.Methods:A total of 200 patients with cervical degenerative diseases underwent cervical posterior expansive laminoplasty were retrospectively analyzed.According to the CDFI examination on the eighth day after surgery,the patients were divided into DVT group(n=20)and non-DVT group(n=180).The risk factors of DVT after the operation including age,gender,BMI,the level of plasma coagulation factors,the mount of blood during the operation,postoperative bedridden time,distribution of smokers and the complications such as hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia were analyzed.Results:Compared with non-DVT group,patients in DVT group were elder(P<0.05).Besides,the DVT group had a higher proportion of smoking people(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that advanced age(OR=1.075,95%CI=1.013-1.142)was the risk factor for DVT(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced age is the risk factor of DVT after cervical posterior expansive laminoplasty.
