摘 要:为了研究离子液体支撑膜吸收CO2的性能,针对CO2的传统捕获方法造成环境污染、腐蚀设备等缺点,文章选用新型绿色工质离子液体[Emim][Tf2N]作为CO2的吸收剂,并负载于PVDF、PES2种支撑膜上,在压力为0.2MPa、流量为50 mL/min,温度为298—318K范围内变化的条件下进行吸收CO2的实验,并利用渗透系数、溶解度和扩散系数来评定支撑膜的吸收性能,其中溶解度数据采用van′t Hoff方程进行关联,扩散系数数据和渗透系数数据采用Arrhenius方程进行关联。模拟和实验结果表明:CO2在2种离子液体支撑膜中的渗透系数和扩散系数随着温度的升高而增大,而溶解度随着温度的升高而降低,且PVDF离子液体支撑膜对CO2的吸收性能优于PES离子液体支撑膜。因此,PVDF支撑膜较PES支撑膜更加适合用于工业应用中。In order to study absorption performance of CO2 in[Emim][Tf2N]ionic liquids supporting membranes.In view of the traditional acquisition methods for CO2 have disadvantages such as pollution to the environment,corrosion of equipment,etc.In this paper,a new type of green working fluid[Emim][Tf 2N]ionic liquid was chosen as CO2 absorbent,and loaded on two kinds of support membranes of PVDF and PES,The experimental study of CO2 absorption was carried out under the conditions of pressure 0.2 MPa,flow rate 50 mL/min and temperature 298-318 K,the absorptive properties of the support membrane were evaluated by the permeability coefficient,solubility and diffusion coefficient.The solubility data were correlated by van′t Hoff equation,and the permeability and diffusion coefficients data were correlated by Arrhenius equation.The results show that the permeability and diffusion coefficients of CO2 in the two ionic liquid supported membranes increase with the increase of temperature,while the solubility decreases with the increase of temperature.Moreover,the PVDF ionic liquid support membrane has better absorption performance for CO2 than PES ionic liquid support membrane.So,the PVDF support membrane is more suitable for industrial applicationa than PES support membrane.
