摘  要:华南理工大学广州国际校区一期项目是广州市装配面积最大且全部达到A级评价标准的装配式建筑项目。以该项目S1地块学生宿舍楼装配式建筑为例,详细阐述预制构件设计以及其关键连接节点设计,并对除常规预制构件外的新型整体预制沉箱、预制外墙做法及其相应的连接节点做出进一步的探究和总结。分析表明:新型的整体预制沉箱通过采用钢企口的受力连接方式可解决沉箱安装和支撑的施工问题;预制外墙的多种连接方式均可满足设计需求,需进一步优化标准化节点。通过此项目的构件拆分深化设计和节点做法的总结,为之后的装配式建筑深化设计提供相应的借鉴和重要的参考意义。The first phase of the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology is the prefabricated construction project with the largest assembly area in Guangzhou and all of which meet the A-level evaluation criteria. This paper takes the prefabricated building design and the design of its key joints in the S1 block student dormitory building as an example,and elaborates the new integrated prefabricated caisson and prefabricated external wall and its corresponding connection in addition to the conventional prefabricated components.The node makes further explorations and summaries. The analysis shows that the new type of prefabricated caisson can solve the construction problem of caisson installation and support by adopting the force connection of the steel tongue;the various connection methods of the prefabricated external wall can meet the design requirements,and the standardized nodes need to be further optimized. Through the summary of the component split deepening design and node practice of this project,it provides corresponding reference and important reference significance for the subsequent deepening design of the fabricated building.
