摘　　要：目前装配式建筑外墙板系统还存在保温装饰未一体化、自重大、吊装难、构造复杂、保温隔音效果不佳等等问题。针对装配式建筑的外墙板在实际工程中普遍出现的问题,提出了一种新型的整体装配式轻钢龙骨外墙板。通过软件模拟分析、实验室检测,此外墙板满足各项性能指标要求。此外墙板参照单元式幕墙的安装方式,集保温、隔热、装饰、结构一体化,可整体吊装施工,将进一步提升建筑产业化水平。At present,there are still some problems in the assembled building exterior wall panel system,such as incomplete insulation and decoration,self-weight,difficult hoisting,complex structure,poor insulation and sound insulation effect,and so on. In this paper,a new type of integrally assembled light steel keel exterior wall panel is proposed,aiming at the common problems of exterior wall panel of assembly building in practical engineering. Through software simulation analysis and laboratory testing,the exterior wall panel meets the requirements of various performance indicators. In addition,the wall panel refers to the installation of unit curtain wall,which integrates heat preservation,insulation,decoration and structure. It can be hoisted and constructed as a whole,which will further enhance the level of building industrialization.
