快速冰冻切片在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断中的价值分析与评价

摘　　要：目的分析并评价快速冰冻切片在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选取2017年1月-2018年10月在该院接受治疗的134例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行快速冰冻切片和石蜡切片,将石蜡切片诊断结果作为金标准。对比快速冰冻切片与石蜡切片检查所用时间,快速冰冻切片的准确率、灵敏度、特异度及与石蜡切片的诊断一致性。结果快速冰冻切片检查时间(36.97±5.02)min短于石蜡切片检查时间(242.31±68.14)min(t=34.790,P=0.000);快速冰冻切片与石蜡切片一致性高(Kappa=0.954,P=0.000);快速冰冻切片准确率(97.76%)、灵敏度(98.15%)和特异度(97.50%)均较高(P<0.05)。结论快速冰冻切片在卵巢肿瘤病理诊断中确诊率高,灵敏度和特异度较高,且相比于石蜡切片诊断周期短,具有重要应用价值。但同时由于卵巢肿瘤疾病特性、诊断技术等原因存在一定误诊情况,需要不断改进。Objective To analyze and evaluate the value of rapid frozen section in the pathological diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods A total of 134 patients with ovarian tumors who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to October2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in the study. All patients underwent rapid frozen sections and paraffin sections,and the results of paraffin section diagnosis were used as the gold standard. Compare the time taken for rapid frozen section and paraffin section examination, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity of rapid frozen section and the consistency of diagnosis with paraffin sections. Results The fast frozen section examination time(36.97±5.02) min was shorter than the paraffin section examination time(242.31±68.14) min(t=34.790, P=0.000);the fast frozen section was consistent with the paraffin section(Kappa=0.954, P=0.000);fast frozen section accuracy(97.76%), sensitivity(98.15%) and specificity(97.50%) were higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid frozen section has high diagnostic rate, high sensitivity and specificity in the pathological diagnosis of ovarian tumors, and has important application value compared with the short diagnosis period of paraffin sections. However, due to the ovarian tumor disease characteristics, diagnostic techniques and other reasons, there are certain misdiagnosis situations, which need continuous improvement.
