成人特发性膜性肾病不同治疗方案的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析成人特发性膜性肾病患者采取不同治疗方法治疗效果。方法该次实验60例特发性膜性肾病患者均为方便选取该院2015年1月—2018年1月收治,根据入院单号、双号分为两组,各30例,两组入院后均开展常规治疗,对照组在此基础上采取环磷酰胺治疗,研究组则接受吗替麦考酚酯联合糖皮质激素,统计各组治疗前后实验室指标、治疗效果及不良反应。结果在治疗总有效率方面,研究组是90.00%,对照组是63.33%,研究组较对照组更高(χ^2=5.963,P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,研究组与对照组分别是13.33%和16.67%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.777,P>0.05);在胆固醇、尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血清白蛋白方面,治疗前,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论成人特发性膜性肾病治疗过程中,在予以患者常规治疗的同时,联合吗替麦考酚酯,不仅可以改善肾小球肾炎等临床病症,确保良好的治疗效果,同时具有较高的使用安全性,值得推广并采纳。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of different treatments in adults with idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods Sixty patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were enrolled in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018.They were convenient divided into two groups according to admission number and double number,30 cases in each group:the conventional treatment was adopted in the two groups,the control group was treated with cyclophosphamide on the basis of this,and the study group received the combination of mycophenolate mofetil and glucocorticoids.The laboratory parameters,treatment effects and adverse reactions before and after treatment were counted.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,the study group was 90.00%,and the control group was 63.33%.The study group was higher than the control group(χ^2=5.963,P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,the study group and the control group were respectively 13.33%and 16.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.777,P>0.05);in cholesterol,urine protein quantification,serum creatinine,serum albumin,before treatment,the difference between the two groups,no difference Statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of adult idiopathic membranous nephropathy,combined with the conventional treatment of patients,the combination of mycophenolate mofetil can not only improve the clinical symptoms such as glomerulonephritis,but also ensure a good therapeutic effect.The use of security is worth promoting and adopting.
