优质护理配合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理配合无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的效果。方法方便选取该院呼吸内科2018年1—12月收治的80例COPD急性加重期患者,根据随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,干预组给予无创通气治疗及优质护理,比较两组的肺功能指标、血气分析指标及治疗依从率。结果干预组的各项肺功能指标及血气分析指标改善程度相对优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的治疗依从率为92.50%,相对高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.165,P<0.05)。结论对COPD急性加重期患者给予优质护理配合无创通气治疗,能够有效提高患者治疗依从性,改善血气状况与肺功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing combined with non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Convenient selected eighty patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,and the intervention group received non-invasive ventilation and quality care,compare the lung function indicators,blood gas analysis indicators and treatment compliance rate of the two groups.Results The improvement of lung function indexes and blood gas analysis indexes in the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the intervention group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing combined with non-invasive ventilation for patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can effectively improve patient compliance,improve blood gas status and lung function,and it is worth promoting.
