摘　　要：滤袋是电袋复合除尘器的重要组成部分,其选型及性能至关重要。滤料的使用受烟气温度、烟气成分、粉尘磨啄性等影响。梯度滤料及覆膜滤料在平衡除尘器排放浓度和阻力方面得到广泛应用。结合工程实例,探讨滤料选型成功的关键。根据不同使用环境选择不同的纤维配比,再选择合适的滤料结构,在满足排放要求和运行阻力的情况下,滤料寿命能达到4年以上。The filter bag is an important constituent part of the electrostatic-bag integrated precipitator(EBIP)and its selection and performance are of vital importance.The flue gas temperature,composition and the dust grinding affect the use environment of the filter materials.The gradient filter materials and membrane filter materials are widely used in balancing the emission concentration and resistance of precipitator.In combination with the engineering examples,the paper probes into the key of filter material successful selection.According to the different use environments,the paper chooses the different fiber proportions and then chooses the appropriate filter material structure.The filter material life can reach more than 4 years under the condition of meeting the emission requirements and running resistance.
