摘　　要：本文扼要的介绍了低放废水处理工程的工艺和厂房特点,并通过参与低放废水处理工程安装施工管理的实践,对在工程准备和实施过程中管理上的一些管理过程进行介绍。This paper introduces the process and plant characteristics of the low-level radioactive wastewater treatment project,and introduces some management processes in the process of project preparation and implementation by participating in the practice of installation and construction management of the low-level radioactive wastewater treatment project.
