浅析紫外光固化技术在市政污水管道修复项目的应用——漳州水仙大街道路改造工程为例

摘　　要：目前许多老旧城区的污水管道因为年久失修,常出现管道堵塞及污水漫出的情况。由于在城区常规开挖修复会引起交通堵塞,粉尘污染等问题。文章结合漳州水仙大街道路改造工程,对光固化技术在市政污水管道修复上如何解决在城区避免开挖与堵塞交通方面问题的应用展开探讨,分析紫外光固化技术的优势,尤其对超长管道的修复提出解决方案。为交通繁忙城区街道的地下管道修复工程提供经验。At present,many old urban sewage pipelines are often blocked and sewage overflows due to disrepair.Due to routine excavation and repair in urban areas,traffic jams,dust pollution and other problems will affect people's livelihood.Based on Zhangzhou Narcissus Street road reconstruction project,this paper discusses the application of UV curing technology in municipal sewage pipe repair to avoid excavation and traffic congestion in urban areas,analyzes the advantages of UV curing technology,and especially proposes solutions for the repair of ultra-long pipes,to provide experience for underground pipeline repair projects in busy urban streets.
