摘　　要：在反腐败斗争取得压倒性胜利的新形势下,为进一步加强纪检监察机关自身建设、推动党内法规体系化建设、总结提炼反腐败实践经验,中共中央办公厅修订了《中国共产党纪律检查机关监督执纪工作规则》。本次修订,立足于推动落实纪委监委职责这一本体内容,体现了纪法协同的方法论,彰显了加强党对纪检监察机关领导的思想。对于纪检监察机关依规依法履行职责、构建纪检监察一体运行机制、完善党内法规体系具有重要意义。Under the new situation of overwhelming victory in the anti-corruption struggle,in order to futher strengthen the discipline inspection and supervision organs,promote the systematic construction of laws and regulations within the Party,and summarize and refine the anti--corruption practice experience,the general office of the CPC Central Committee revised the"W orking Rules for Supervision and Discipline of the Communist Party of China's Discipline Inspection Organs".This revision,based on the promotion of the implementation of the responsibilities of the Commission for Discipline Inspection,reflects the methodology of governing discipline and law enforcement together,and demonstrates the idea of strengthening the Party's leadership over the discipline inspection and supervision organs.It is of great significance for the discipline inspection and supervision organs that perform their duties accordingto the law,construct an integrated operational mechanism for discipline inspection and supervision,and improve the Party's internal legal system.
