安徽省燃煤电厂烟气CEMS运行情况及分析

摘　　要：对安徽省内31家电厂CEMS设备采购方式及供应商、CEMS系统取样方法及测量方法和CEMS运行维护以及存在的问题展开了分析.结果表明:自主招标是电厂设备采购的主要方式;CEMS设备主要采用单点式取样方式,90.3%电厂采用完全抽取法测量烟气污染物;非分散红外法是SO2和NOx浓度CEMS测量的主要方法;颗粒物浓度和烟气流量主要选用光散射法和皮托管流量计;64.5%电厂做到每周至少维护和保养一次,恶劣的工作环境造成CEMS仪器故障是困扰电厂运维的主要问题.研究对指导电厂CEMS系统设备选型和运维,对电厂CEMS验收法规政策标准方面修订有一定的指导作用.The way of CEMS equipment procurement and suppliers,sampling methods and measurement meth-ods,CEMS system maintenance and the analysis on the problems existing were analyzed in 31 coal-fired power units of Anhui province.The results show that the independent bidding is the main mode of equipment procurement in power units.CEMS equipment mainly adopts single point sampling method,90.3%power units are used completely extraction method to measure flue gas pollutants.Non-dispersed infrared method is the main method in sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides CEMS measurement.Particle concentration and gas flow are mainly chose light scattering method and pitot tube flowmeter.64.5%power units do preventive maintenance and at least once a week,poor working environment is the main problem cause the CEMS instrument fault in power units operations.The results we study provide the guidance for CEMS system equipment selection and operational in power units,and also has a certain guiding role for CEMS acceptance of laws,regulations and policies in the coal-fired power units standards revision.
