摘  要:安全生产是企业发展的重要保障.对于抽汽供热机组,不仅面临发电安全运行的压力,热网系统更是其安全生产运行系统的重要环节和薄弱环节.介绍了一种由于加热器管道布置造成的加热器液位波动及撞管的处理办法.首先,介绍了某电厂热网系统的运行方式.根据现场管路布置采取数据分析的方法详尽分析了造成这一现象的原因,阐述了这一异常现象造成的危害,以及有可能造成的不良后果.其次,通过试验进行对比分析,通过数据进一步对原因分析进行了验证.最终,并提出了一种合理的改造方案.解决了热网运行中的长期问题,提高了热网运行稳定性.对此类型的供热机组的热网运行有一定的借鉴意义.safety production is an important guarantee for enterprise development.For the extraction steam heat-ing unit,it is not only faced with the pressure of safe operation of power generation,but also the heat network system is an important and weak link of its safe production and operation system.This paper introduces a meth-od to deal with the fluctuation of heater liquid level and tube collision caused by heater pipeline arrangement.Firstly,the operation mode of the thermal network system of a power plant is introduced.The reason of this phenomenon is analyzed in detail by means of data analysis according to the layout of pipeline on site.Second-ly,comparative analysis was carried out through experiments,and the cause analysis was further verified through data.Finally,a reasonable reconstruction scheme is proposed.It solves the long-term problems in the operation of the heat network and improves the operation stability of the heat network.This kind of heat net-work operation has certain reference significance.
