摘  要:由于井下节流相比于井口节流具有气体压力波动小、水合物不易生成等特点,被广泛应用于气井生产中。在使用过程中,节流器的节流尺寸、井筒温度和压力与节流器下入深度密切相关,通过分析节流压差和温度变化,可以根据产量要求计算出合理的下入深度。这里将节流过程视为等熵绝热过程,根据能量守恒定律,建立节流温降数学模型和压降数学模型,并开展了节流参数的研究。Compared with wellhead throttling,downhole throttling is widely used in the production of gas wells because of its small fluctuation of gas pressure and the difficulty of hydrate formation.In the process of using,the throttling size of throttler,wellbore temperature and pressure are closely related to the depth of the throttler in the well.By analyzing throttling pressure difference and temperature difference,the reasonable depth of the throttler can be calculated according to the requirement to the yield of gas well.The throttling process is regarded as isentropic adiabatic process,and the mathematical models of throttling temperature drop and pressure drop are established based on the energy conservation law,and the throttling parameters are studied.
