河南省智慧养老服务综合体发展现状、实践困境及出路

摘　　要：智慧养老服务综合体模式是一种基于智慧养老服务平台的养老服务新方式,在该模式下,那些关键服务环节被整合为一个全方位、一体化的养老服务流程,居家养老服务、社区养老服务和机构养老服务以互联网为纽带,实现了全面、深度的融合。河南省智慧养老服务综合体建设已经起步。目前,该综合体处于成长初期,相关制度、技术有待完善,人才队伍建设亟待加强。应加大制度供给力度,推动参与主体多元化,稳步推进技术创新,多渠道培养专业人才,以有效突破发展瓶颈、摆脱各种制约,实现智慧养老服务综合体健康发展。The smart pension service complex is an innovation in elderly care services,with the smart pension service platform as the center and the link,integrating key service links into a comprehensive and integrated pension service process,in order to explore comprehensive and deep integration of Internet and home-based,community,institutional aged care services.The construction of the smart pension service complex in Henan Province has started but is still in the early stage of growth,and its further development is restricted by the current system,technology and talent level.It is necessary for relevant functional departments strengthening the effective system supply,the multiple participants steadily promoting technological innovation and cultivating professionals through multiple channels to break through.
