呼吸道感染采用阿奇霉素治疗的药理特性和临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析呼吸道感染采用阿奇霉素治疗的药理特性和临床疗效。方法将门诊收治的60例呼吸道感染患者作为该次研究对象,患者入组时间为2016年5月-2018年12月,采用随机双盲对照法将患者分成研究组和参照组,其中参照组使用头孢他啶治疗,研究组使用阿奇霉素治疗,每组均有30例患者,对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应,并分析阿奇霉素的药理特性。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为96.67%(29例),参照组的治疗有效率为73.33%(22例),研究组的治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.405,P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为6.67%(2例),参照组的不良反应发生率为36.67%(11例),研究组不良反应更少,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.954,P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后咳嗽评分为(1.2±0.4)分,咳痰评分为(1.6±0.2)分,发热评分为(1.1±0.3)分,各项数据低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.668、3.873、9.114,P<0.50)。结论阿奇霉素是一种大环内酯类的抗生素,该药具有较好的抗菌效果,且细菌耐药性低,用于治疗呼吸道感染疗效显著,同时不良反应少,安全可靠,可以积极进行推广。Objective To analyze the pharmacological characteristics and clinical efficacy of azithromycin in respiratory infections.Methods Sixty patients with respiratory infection admitted to the clinic were enrolled in this study.The patients were enrolled from May 2016 to December 2018.Patients were divided into study group and reference group by randomized double-blind.The patients were treated with ceftazidime,and the study group was treated with azithromycin.There were 30 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the pharmacological properties of azithromycin were analyzed.Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29 cases),and the effective rate of the reference group was 73.33%(22 cases).The treatment group was more effective(χ^2=6.405,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%(2 cases),the incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was 36.67%(11 cases),and the adverse reactions in the study group were less(χ^2=7.954,P<0.05).The post-cough score was(1.2±0.4)points,the cough score was(1.6±0.2)points,and the fever score was(1.1±0.3)points.The data were lower than the reference group(t=7.668,3.873,9.114,P<0.50).Conclusion Azithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic.It has good antibacterial effect and low bacterial resistance.It has obvious curative effect on treating respiratory tract infection.At the same time,it has few adverse reactions,is safe and reliable,and can be actively promoted.
