摘　　要：提升城市土地利用效率是我国当前可持续发展与绿色城镇化进程的紧要任务之一。本文首先从城市经济学理论出发,基于"结构-行为-绩效"的分析范式,分析产业专业化集聚与多样化集聚对城市土地利用效率的影响机理。在此基础上,应用2003-2015年我国269个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用随机前沿方法对各城市土地利用效率进行测算,并通过动态面板模型,从全行业-全国、全行业-三大区域、分行业-全国、分行业-三大区域的不同维度,考察分析产业专业化、多样化集聚对城市土地利用效率的差异化影响及其作用机理。研究发现:①从全行业-全国维度的回归结果来看,产业专业化与多样化集聚都能够促进土地利用效率的提升。②从全行业-三大区域维度的回归结果来看,东部地区的城市土地利用效率更受益于多样化集聚的影响,中、西部地区更受益于专业化集聚的影响。③从分行业-全国维度的回归结果来看,工业专业化集聚对土地利用效率有显著的正向影响。④从分行业-三大区域维度的回归结果来看,服务业专业化集聚能够促进东部地区的城市土地利用效率,工业专业化集聚能够促进中、西部地区的城市土地利用效率。可见,在不同的行业或区域中,产业专业化、多样化集聚对土地利用效率存在差异化影响。因而,中国未来的产业发展应根据战略需要,立足于分行业或分区域的阶段特征,制定实施差别化的产业集聚政策,由此才能够针对性、有效性地提升区域要素利用效率,支撑经济社会可持续发展。Improving urban land use efficiency is one of the most urgent tasks of the current sustainable development and green urbanization process in China. Starting from the theory of urban economics,this paper employed structure-conduct-performance paradigm as an analytical framework to analyze the influence mechanism of specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration on urban land use efficiency. On this basis,using the panel data of 269 cities in China from 2003 to 2015 and the stochastic frontier method,this paper used the dynamic panel model to investigate and analyze the differential impacts and mechanism of the specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration on the urban land use efficiency from different dimensions including whole industry and entire country,whole industry and three regions,sub-industries and entire country,and sub-industries and three regions. The results showed that: ①For whole-industry-national dimension,specialization agglomeration and diversification agglomeration can both positively affect land use efficiency. ② For the dimension of whole industry and three region,the eastern region benefited more from the diversification while the middle and the western regions benefited more from specialization. ③For the dimension of sub-industries and entire country,the industrial specialization had a significant positive effect on land use efficiency. ④ For the dimension of subindustries-three regions,the specialization of service industry can promote the urban land use efficiency in the eastern region,and the industrial specialization can promote the urban land use efficiency in the middle and western regions. It can be seen that in different industries or regions,industrial specialization and diversified agglomeration have different effects on land use efficiency. Therefore,based on the strategic needs and the characteristics of different industries and regions,we should formulate and implement differentiated industrial agglomeration to enhance the efficiency of factors
