摘　　要：当代国际体系正发生最深刻变革。国际格局多极化趋势加速发展,世界正形成多个发展中心,经济全球化和国际相互依赖不断加深。随着新兴经济体国家整体崛起,国际力量对比更加趋于平衡。当代国际体系变革将超越传统的新老霸权国家权力更替。它是结构、规范、制度的系统演变,也是国际权力和国家利益关系的重新分配和安排。因此,当代国际体系变革将具有和平渐变、复杂性和长期性特点。中国是世界新兴大国,无意谋求世界霸权,而是当代国际体系变革的建设者。中国积极倡导以人类命运共同体思想作为最高价值基础、以联合国宪章宗旨和原则为国际法基础,推动建设更加公正合理的国际体系和国际秩序,建立更加公平公正、开放包容、合作共赢的全球治理体系。The most profound changes are taking place in the contemporary international system.With the accelerating of the international trend of multi-polarization,multiple development centers are established,and economic globalization and international interdependence are deepening around the world.With the rise of emerging economies as a whole,the international power has become more balanced.Thus,the traditional power system of new and old hegemonic countries will be replaced by the contemporary international system reform due to the systematic evolution of structure,norm and system,and the redistribution and arrangement of international power and national interests.Therefore,the transformation of the contemporary international system will witness the peaceful gradual changes with the characteristics of complexity and long-term.China,as a new world power,has no intention of seeking world hegemony.China advocates the development of contemporary international system reform.With human destiny community as the highest value basis and with the principle of the Charter of the United Nations as the basis of international law,China is dedicated to promote the construction of a more just and reasonable international system and international order,and establish a more just,open,inclusive and win-win global governance system.
