摘 要:影响水污染物总量控制的因素较多,且各因素之间具有十分复杂的作用关系,目前还没有形成较为系统、科学的总量控制评价方法。本文以辽宁省为例,在详细分析了灰色关联理论的基础上构建了水污染物总量控制的多层次灰色综合评价模型,客观、科学地评价了各地区水污染总量控制水平。结果显示:多层次灰色综合评价模型能够有效避免单因素评价法存在的不足,从而全面、系统地反映地区总量控制实际情况,该方法计算简单、原理清晰,具有一定的推广与使用价值。There are many factors that affect the total amount control of water pollutants,and there are very complicated relationships among them.At present,there is no systematic and scientific evaluation method for total amount control.Taking Liaoning as an example,this paper constructs a multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model of total amount control of water pollutants based on a detailed analysis of grey correlation theory,and objectively and scientifically evaluates the level of total amount control of water pollution in various regions.The results show that the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation model can effectively avoid the shortcomings of the single factor evaluation method,thus comprehensively and systematically reflecting the actual situation of regional total amount control.The method is simple to calculate and clear in principle,and has certain promotion and application value.
