摘  要:为提高科氏流量计信号的相位差估计精度,提出一种时变信号相位差估计的相频匹配方法。该方法通过时变信号与参考信号的频率匹配、时变信号的相移信号与其正交分量的相位匹配、参考信号与时变信号及其相移信号的互相关获得时变信号的相位差估计值。计算验证结果表明:该方法准确实现了时变信号的90°相移,有效提高了时变信号的相位差估计精度。科氏流量计流量检测实验证实了所提方法的有效性和优越性。To improve precision of phase difference estimation for Coriolis mass flowmeter(CMF)signals,a phase and frequency matching method based on phase difference estimation for time-varying signals is proposed.The estimated phase difference is obtained by means of frequency matching between time-varying signals and reference signals,phase matching between phase-shift signals of time-varying signals and their quadrature component,cross cross-correlation among reference signals,time-varying signals and its quadrature component.The results of calculation verification demonstrate that the proposed method completes 90°phase shift of time-varying signals exactly and improves estimation precision of phase difference for time-varying signals effectively.Measurement experimental results of CMF validate the effectiveness and superior of the proposed method.
