摘 要:针对常用单片机滤波算法不能有效滤除加速度数据中的杂波干扰和单轴加速度数据在加速度传感器与地面不垂直情况下不能准确计算抽油机悬点位移等缺点,利用自相关数字滤波算法对加速度数据进行数字滤波,并采用三轴加速度传感器ADXL362同时采集抽油机悬点三个轴向的加速度,通过相量合成对加速度数据进行修正,提高位移计算精度。详细介绍了硬件电路、抽油机冲次计算、抽油机悬点位移计算,最后给出了该装置现场测试数据。现场测试表明,该装置具有运行可靠、精度高、功耗低等优点。Aiming at the shortages that the clutter disturbance cann’t be effectively filtered with the common filtering algorithm and the polished rod displacement of well pumping units cann’t be accurately calculated with the individual axis acceleration data when the acceleration sensor not perpendicular to the ground surface,the autocorrelation digital filtering algorithm is adopted to process the acceleration data,and the three-axis acceleration sensor ADXL362 is used to measure the three-axis acceleration of the polished rod.The acceleration data is corrected with phasor synthesis to improve the displacement calculation precision.The hardware circuit,the well pumping unit stroke time calculation and the well pumping unit polished rod displacement calculation are described in detail.The site test data is given and the test shows that the device has the advantages of high reliability,high precision,and low power consumption.
