摘 要:为了解兰州鲇(Silurus lanzhouensis)与秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis)在血清生化指标等方面的异同,对兰州鲇和秦岭细鳞鲑血清主要生化指标进行了比较分析。结果表明,兰州鲇总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、白球比(A/G)、尿素(BUN)、葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、钙(Ca2)和磷(P)含量显著低于秦岭细鳞鲑(P<0.05),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)含量显著高于秦岭细鳞鲑(P<0.05),两种鱼类的球蛋白(GLO)含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究结果显示,兰州鲇与秦岭细鳞鲑在血清学上反映其在营养代谢上有较大差异,兰州鲇的蛋白质代谢强度相对较大,而秦岭细鳞鲑的糖脂代谢较为旺盛。In order to know the characteristics of their serum biochemical parameters,serum of Silurus lanzhouensis and Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis were sampled and the main biochemical parameters were determined.The results showed that the contents of total protein,albumin,the ratio of albumin to globulin,urea,glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,calcium and phosphorus in Silurus lanzhouensis were significantly lower than those in Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis(P<0.05),and the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c)were significantly higher than those of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in globulin(GLO),with the content ranging within between the two fishes(P>0.05).The results showed that there was a significant difference in nutritional metabolism between Silurus lanzhouensis and Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis in serology.The protein metabolism of Silurus lanzhouensis was relatively high,while the glucolipid metabolism of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis was relatively high.This study provides references for resource conservation and artificial breeding of Silurus lanzhouensis and Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis.
