摘 要:结合国内外现有研究成果,在传统内外刚性法兰的基础上,提出一种内置加劲肋的新型法兰连接形式。采用ANSYS有限元软件,对含内置加劲肋法兰节点进行轴向拉伸参数分析,找出参数变化导致内外螺栓受力的不均匀度变化。结果表明:含内置加劲肋法兰比无内置加劲肋法兰较早达到屈服极限,且最大承载力略小于无内置加劲肋法兰;含内置加劲肋双圈法兰受力情况比较复杂,尤其是内置加劲肋两侧的螺栓轴力明显大于其他地方;内外圈螺栓受力不均匀度随内置加劲肋厚度的增大而增大。On the basis of existing research at home and abroad,a new type of flange with built-in stiffening ribs has been developed based on traditional rigid flange.Therefore,the parametric analysis of the flange with built-in stiffening ribs was carried out under axial tensile load,the effects of several parameters on the axial force of the inner bolts and outer bolts were analyzed by ANSYS.The results showed that:the flange with built-in stiffening ribs reached the yield limit earlier than that without built-in stiffening ribs,and had a lower maximun bearing capacity.The stress field of the flange with built-in stiffening ribs was more complex,specifically,the axial load of the bolts near the stiffening ribs was obviously larger than those elsewhere,and the stress unevenness of inner and outer bolts increased with the thickness of the stiffening ribs.
