基于ESI高被引论文的卫生管理学科研究热点分析

摘　　要：目的:基于ESI高被引论文的施引文献,探究国际卫生管理学科的热点研究主题,为国内相关研究提供参考和借鉴。方法:通过Web of Science(WOS)核心合集,获得卫生管理学领域ESI高被引论文及其施引文献,运用共词分析方法构建共词网络,利用Netdraw进行可视化。结果:发现卫生服务质量、卫生政策研究、卫生经济与评估、知识转化与实施科学是4个最受关注的研究热点主题。结论:卫生服务质量、卫生政策研究、卫生经济与评估、知识转化与实施科学是目前国际卫生管理学科研究的热门方向,我国从事卫生管理学相关研究的机构和学者应重点关注。Objective To study the hotspots in studies on international health management subjects based on ESI-covered highly cited papers in order to provide reference and experiences for related studies in our country.Methods The ESI-covered highly cited papers and their citing papers were retrieved from the core collection in Web of Science.A co-words network was established by co-words analysis and visualized with Netdraw.Results The health service level,health policy,health economics and its evaluation,knowledge translation and implementation science were the 4 key hotspots in studies on international health management subjects.Conclusion Health service level,health policy,health economics and its evaluation,knowledge translation and implementation science are the 4 key hotspots in studies on international health management subjects.Institutions and scholars engaged in studies on health management science should thus pay their attention to them.
