摘 要:采用超临界二氧化碳可以替代油漆涂料中的挥发性有机溶剂,达到保护环境的目的。以酚醛清漆为原料,探究温度、压力、超临界二氧化碳含量和喷涂距离(基板和喷枪之间距离)对喷涂效果的影响。结果表明超临界二氧化碳含量是高度显著性因素,随超临界二氧化碳含量增加,喷涂液滴尺寸减小;压力是显著性影响因素,随压力升高,喷涂液滴尺寸减小;温度和喷涂距离对喷涂无显著影响。喷涂获得涂膜可以达到国家相关标准要求。通过测量粘均分子量与红外光谱,表明超临界二氧化碳不影响涂料中的成膜物质性质。Supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO2)can be used to replace the volatile organic compounds in coating field to achieve environmental protection.Using phenolic varnish as raw material,the effects of temperature,pressure,supercritical carbon dioxide content and spraying distance(the distance between substrate and spray gun)on the spraying effect were investigated.The results show that the supercritical carbon dioxide content is a highly significant factor,and as the supercritical carbon dioxide content increases,the spray droplet size decreases;Pressure is a significant influencing factor,and as the pressure increases,the spray droplet size decreases.Temperature and spray distance have no significant effect on the spray.The coating obtained by spraying can meet the requirements of relevant national standards.Finally,the molecular weight and infrared spectrum of phenolic varnish were measured,and it can be concluded that scCO2 have no effect on the properties of film-forming substances in coatings.
