摘　　要：【目的】通过对上海市黄浦区职业场所慢性病综合防控模式实践工作的总结与分析,为推广慢性病综合防控工作在职业人群中的开展提供实证。【方法】采用健康促进理论在试点单位开展依托企业主导的慢性病综合防控工作,并采用流行病学的方法对试点企业和区内部分企业开展职工健康状况和慢性病防控工作的评估。【结果】通过在试点企业开展的职业场所慢性病综合防控工作,建立了“企业主导、社会支持、多部门合作”的职业场所慢性病综合防控工作机制,推进职业场所及人群“环境-意识-行为”的改变,职工健康得以改善。【结论】职业场所慢性病综合防控模式适用于在企业中开展慢性病综合防控工作。[Objective]Through the summary and analysis of the practice of the comprehensive prevention and control mode of chronic diseases in the workplace of Huangpu District of Shanghai,this paper provides empirical evidence for the promotion in this regard.[Methods]Health promotion theory was adopted to carry out comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in pilot units relying on enterprises.Through epidemiological methods,the health status of workers were evaluated in the prevention and control of chronic diseases in pilot and District enterprises.[Results]Through the comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in occupational places in pilot enterprises,was established the work mechanism of being led by enterprises,supported by the society and cooperated with multiple departments.And the changes of"environment-consciousness-behavior"in occupational places and people were promoted,thus the health of employees improved.[Conclusion]The mode in the study proves to be suitable for implementation of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in enterprises.
