摘 要:研究端基改性和多官能化主链改性溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)对高填充白炭黑/SSBR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:4种SSBR胶料的门尼粘度基本相同;与端基改性SSBR相比,多官能化主链改性SSBR胶料的焦烧时间延长,硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力减小,填料分散性改善,Payne效应减弱,同时胶料的损耗因子明显降低。The effect of chain-end modification and multi-functional main chain modification of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) on the properties of highly filled silica/SSBR composite were investigated. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the four kinds of SSBR compound was basically the same;compared with end modified SSBR,the scorch time of the multi-functional main chain modified SSBR was extended,the hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate decreased,the dispersion of the fillers was improved,the Payne effect was reduced,and the loss factor was significantly reduced.
