主变压器油枕油位异常的分析及处理

摘　　要：主变压器是发电厂及变电站最主要的电气设备,为保障变压器能安全可靠运行,日常运行要注意观测主变压器油枕油位的情况,如果油枕的油位异常,说明主变压器内部可能存在异常情况。由于油枕高于变压器顶盖,当油箱内油受热膨胀时,一部分油便进入油枕油腔里;而当油冷却时,一部分油又重回到油箱,可以保持油箱中油面的稳定,进而保证变压器油箱充满油。变压器的油面正常变化(排除渗漏油)决定于变压器的油温变化,油温的变化直接影响变压器油的体积,从而使油枕内的油面上升或下降。The main transformer is the most important electrical equipment in the power plant and substation. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the transformer, attention should be paid to observing the oil level of the oil pillow of the main transformer in daily operation. If the oil level of the oil pillow is abnormal, this means that there may be abnormal conditions in the main transformer. Because the oil pillow is higher than the transformer top cover, when the oil in the oil tank is heated and expanded, part of the oil will enter the oil pillow oil cavity. When the oil is cooled, part of the oil returns to the tank, which can maintain the stability of the oil surface in the tank, and then ensure that the transformer tank is filled with oil. The normal change of transformer oil level(excluding oil leakage) is determined by the change of transformer oil temperature, which directly affects the volume of transformer oil, so that the oil surface in the oil pillow rises or falls.
