摘 要:为了解决磨削加工受温度影响较大而导致主动测量控制仪精度较低的问题,文章针对温度影响磨削加工精度的因素,提出了温度监测补偿误差的方案。即针对磨削恶劣环境中温度变化所引起金属工件的热误差进行补偿。通过分析可知,补偿方案对主动测量仪精度有很好的补偿效果。In order to solve the problem that the grinding process is greatly affected by temperature, which leads to the low accuracy of active measurement controller, this paper puts forward a scheme of temperature monitoring and compensation error in view of the factors of temperature affecting grinding accuracy. That is, the thermal error of metal workpiece caused by temperature change in bad grinding environment is compensated. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the compensation scheme has a good compensation effect on the accuracy of the active measuring instrument.
