摘 要:目的:目前,番鸭种蛋孵化缺乏全面系列的技朮方案,尤其夏季高温常常造成孵化率大幅降低,给禽苗生产经营者造成经济损失。通过试验结合多年生产实践,总结番鸭孵化过程各项技术参数,以期形成一套番鸭种蛋孵化技术,可为从事番鸭种蛋孵化专业人员提供技术参考。方法:夏季通过25 min、35 min、45 min、55 min、65 min五种凉蛋时间处理进行孵化率影响对比试验。结果:莆田夏季孵化凉蛋时间约55 min效果最好,出雏率可达(94.17±0.97)%,凉蛋时间不足或过长均影响出雏率,甚至严重影响出雏率。Objective: At present, the incubation technology of muscovy duck eggs lacks a comprehensive series of technical programs.Especially, high temperature in summer often leads to a sharp decrease in the hatching rate, which causes economic losses to poultry seedling production operators. The purpose of this experiment is summarizing various technical indicators of the incubation process of muscovy duck through years of production practice, and hoping to form a set of muscovy duck egg incubation technology, which can provide technical reference for hatching professionals of muscovy duck eggs. Method: The effects of different cooling time of eggs on hatching rate in summer were compared, when the cooling time were about 25 minutes, 35 minutes, 45 minutes, 55 minutes, and 65 minutes, respectively. Result: The hatching rate was highest when the cooling time was about 55 minutes in Putian, and the hatching rate could reach(94.17±0.97) % in summer. Lack of cooling time of eggs or too long cooling time significantly affected the hatching rate.
