林可霉素在治疗猪痢疾上的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探析猪痢疾治疗中林可霉素的临床应用效果。方法:以某养殖场2018年5月至2019年5月发生猪痢疾的330头猪为研究对象,经数字表法随机分成三组,各110头。试验组猪用林可霉素配伍痢菌净治疗,对照组用痢菌净配伍蒸馏水治疗,空白组不作治疗,比较三组猪的康复效果。结果:试验组猪的治疗有效率比对照组、空白组高,分别为98.18%、83.64%、11.81%,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组猪治疗后的采食量明显高于治疗前,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患猪粪便成形时间比对照组短,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,试验组猪痢疾复发率比对照组低,分别为1.82%和9.09%,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:林可霉素在猪痢疾治疗中有着良好的应用效果,能促进患猪康复、缩短止泻时间、减少复发、提高采食量,值得大力推广应用。In order to investigate the clinical effects of lincomycin in the treatment of porcine dysentery, 330 pigs with diarrhea dysentery from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into three groups(110 pigs for each) by numerical table method in this study.The pigs in experimental group were treated with combination of lincomycin and dysentery. The pigs in control group were treated with dysentery. The pigs in blank group without any treating. The treatment results showed experimental group shows the highest efficiency compared to others. The effectiveness of experimental, control and blank group was 98.18%, 83.64%, 11.81% respectively(P<0.05).Food intake was significantly rise observed in the experimental and control group after treatment(P<0.05). The fecal molding was in shorter time observed in experimental group compared to others(P<0.05). The rate of recurrence was significantly lower in the experimental group than it was in the control group after 2 months treatment, 1.82% and 9.09%, respectively(P<0.05). In conclusion lincomycin was great for porcine dysentery treatment, which would promoting pig’s recovers from porcine dysentery, shorter the time of diarrhea, give lower recurrence, rise food intake.
