摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议上的讲话精神,充分体现了国有企业改革发展的本质回归,是国有企业党建工作的行动指南。新时代加强国有企业党组织领导能力建设机制的创新,就必须要求国有企业在新形势下要有新气象、新担当、新作为。国有企业要真正成为推进国家现代化的重要支柱,就必须守护好国有企业党组织领导能力建设的创新活力,保障好国有企业党组织领导能力建设创新的物质基础。在新时代的发展背景下,国有企业党组织要勇挑重担,以过硬的政治领导力为核心,以敏锐的市场洞察力为基点,以坚忍不拔的战略决断力为推力,充分发挥党组织在国有企业管理、创新、发展中的凝聚力、领导力、战斗力。The spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the Party Building Work Conference of National State-Owned Enterprises fully reflects the essential return of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises,and is a guide for the party building work of state-owned enterprises.In the new era,to strengthen the innovation of the building mechanism for the leadership of party organizations in state-owned enterprises,it is necessary to require state-owned enterprises to have new looks,new responsibilities and new actions in the new situation.To truly become an important pillar for national modernization,state-owned enterprises must guard the innovation vitality of the leadership building of party organization in state-owned enterprises and ensure the material foundation for the innovation of leadership building of party organization in state-owned enterprises.In the context of the development of the new era,state-owned enterprises’party organizations must shoulder burdens,take strong political leadership as the core,keen market insight as the starting point,and persistent strategic determination as the thrust,and play the role of cohesion,leadership,and combat effectiveness in the management,innovation,and development of state-owned enterprises.
