摘　　要：针对传统有线通讯焊机监控系统存在成本高、布线困难、易受干扰、准确性差等问题,该文采用TMS320F2808芯片为核心,基于ZigBee技术和Android 6.0安卓系统的平板电脑,开发了具有设备监控、报警管理、质量分析等多个显示界面的数字化焊机监控系统。焊接监控试验结果表明,该数字化焊机监控系统抗干扰能力较强,可以实现多台数字化焊机的监控和管理。Aiming at the problems of high cost,difficult wiring,vulnerability to interference and poor accuracy of traditional wire communication welding machine monitoring system,based on ZigBee technology and Android 6.0 system,this paper develops a digital welding machine monitoring system with multiple display interfaces such as equipment monitoring,alarm management,quality analysis and so on. The hardware core of the monitoring system is the chip of TMS320 F2808. The welding monitoring test results show that the digital welding machine monitoring system has strong anti-interference ability and can realize the monitoring and management of multiple digital welding machines.
