白芍总苷对类风湿关节炎肝功能保护、佐治效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究白芍总苷胶囊的佐治效果及对甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特联合治疗的类风湿关节炎患者的肝功能保护作用。方法选择2018年8~11月来我院就诊的120例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特联合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊治疗。治疗24周后,观察比较两组治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白、类风湿因子和DAS28评分结果,肝功能异常发生率和治疗后总有效率。结果观察组治疗后肝功能异常发生率10.00%、超敏C反应蛋白(6.12±1.66)mg/L、类风湿因子(101.82±2.36)U/mL、DAS28评分(2.18±0.71)分;对照组肝功能异常发生率36.67%、超敏C反应蛋白(9.65±2.07)mg/L、类风湿因子(145.74±2.69)U/mL、DAS28评分(3.98±0.84)分,观察组各项评价指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白芍总苷胶囊可以降低甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特联合治疗类风湿关节炎患者时肝功能异常的发生率,并有辅助治疗的作用,能提高治疗后的总有效率,值得临床广泛使用。Objective To study the curative effect of total glucosides of paeony and its protective effect on liver function on rheumatoid arthritis patients treated with methotrexate and leflunomide. Methods 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from August to November 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate and leflunomide. The observation group was treated with total glucosides of paeony based on the treatment of the control group. After 24 weeks of treatment, the results of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and DAS28 scores, the incidence of liver dysfunction and the total effective rate after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The rate of liver function abnormalities(10.00%), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(6.12±1.66)mg/L, rheumatoid factor(101.82±2.36)U/mL, and DAS28 score(2.18±0.71) in the observation group.The rate of liver function abnormalities(36.67%), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(9.65±2.07)mg/L, rheumatoid factor(145.74±2.69)U/mL, and DAS28 score(3.98±0.84) in the control group. The evaluation indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Baizhi total glycoside capsule can reduce the incidence of liver dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with methotrexate and leflunomide, and has the effect of adjuvant therapy, which can improve the total effective rate after treatment and is widely used clinically.
