加味龟鹿二仙胶对晚期大肠癌化疗患者临床效果、骨髓功能、免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味龟鹿二仙胶对晚期大肠癌化疗患者临床效果、骨髓功能和免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年9月~2019年6月我院收集的晚期大肠癌患者66例,既往3个月内化疗曾出现骨髓抑制并使用过集落刺激因子,分为研究组和对照组,各33例,对照组使用常规化疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用加味龟鹿二仙胶,比较两组的近期治疗效果、不良反应、中医证候积分、骨髓功能、骨髓抑制和免疫功能以及生活质量。结果研究组的治疗效果比对照组更优(P<0.05),不良反应比对照组低(P<0.05),中医证候积分比对照组优(P<0.05),生活质量比对照组更好(P<0.05),骨髓功能和免疫功能均比对照组好(P<0.05),骨髓抑制的发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对晚期大肠癌化疗患者加用加味龟鹿二仙胶治疗,可以提高治疗效果,降低不良反应,更为安全可靠,且可有效改善患者中医证候积分、骨髓功能和免疫功能,提高患者的生活质量,因此可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Guilu Erxian glue on clinical effect, bone marrow function and immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 66 patients with advanced colorectal cancer who had bone marrow suppression and used colony-stimulating factor in chemotherapy in our hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional chemotherapy. The study group was treated with Jiawei Guilu Erxian glue on the basis of the control group. The short-term treatment effect, adverse reactions, TCM syndrome scores, bone marrow function, and myelosuppression, immune function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the TCM syndrome score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), and bone marrow function and immune function were better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of myelosuppression was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of Jiawei Guilu Erxian glue in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the adverse reactions, and is safer and more reliable. Besides, it can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores of patients, improve the bone marrow function and immune function of patients, and improve the patient’s quality of life. Therefore it can be promoted in clinical.
