梅花针扣刺联合中药麻黄附子细辛汤治疗风寒型周围性面瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价梅花针扣刺联合中药麻黄附子细辛汤治疗风寒型周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法选择2015年3月~2018年9月丽水市中医院收治的80例确诊为风寒型周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组开展常规疗法,观察组采用梅花针扣刺联合中药麻黄附子细辛汤治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后H-B分级情况、Bell氏麻痹十级评分。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者H-B分级情况数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者分级多分布于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级;治疗后观察组H-B分级(多分布于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级)明显优于对照组(多分布于Ⅱ、Ⅲ级),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针扣刺联合中药麻黄附子细辛汤治疗风寒型周围性面瘫疗效显著,可有效改善患者面神经功能与麻痹状态,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of plum-blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Tang in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Eighty patients with wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis diagnosed in Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March2015 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40) by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The observation group was treated with plum-blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Tang. The clinical treatment effect, H-B grading before and after treatment, and Bell’s palsy ten grade score between two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in H-B grading data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The grades of the two groups were mostly distributed in grades Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and V. After treatment, the H-B grades of the observation group(multiple distributions at grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ) were significantly better than those of the control group(mostly distributed at grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ). There was significant difference in the data between two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plum blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Tang is effective in the treatment of wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis. It can effectively improve the facial nerve function and paralysis state of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
