中西医结合治疗脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾和胃配方颗粒治疗脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例,研究组采用常规西药治疗结合健脾和胃方配方颗粒治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状评分、胃感觉功能、中医症候积分及临床疗效。结果研究组患者临床症状评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者胃不适阈值、胃感知阈值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、喜太息、嗳气吞酸、饮食减少积分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗的总有效率96.7%(29/30)显著高于对照组76.7%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾和胃方配方颗粒结合常规西药治疗脾虚气滞型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的疗效较常规西药治疗显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,提升患者胃不适阈值、胃感知阈值,减轻患者的胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、喜太息、嗳气吞酸、饮食减少程度,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpi Hewei Recipe on chronic non-atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. Methods 60 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 in each group. The study group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Jianpi Hewei Recipe treatment,and the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The clinical symptom score,gastric sensory function,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy between two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical symptom scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The gastric discomfort threshold and gastric perceptual threshold were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The patients in the study group had significantly lower stomach cramps, abdominal distension,helium,belching and acid regurgitation, and diet reduction scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate in the study group was 96.7%(29/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.7%,23/30). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Jianpi Hewei Recipe and conventional Western medicine in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation is more effective than conventional western medicine. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the stomach discomfort threshold,stomach perception threshold and reduce stomach cramps,abdominal distension,helium,belching and acid regurgitation,and diet reduction scores. It can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
