摘　　要：随着中西方文化交流的日益频繁,以及中国电视产业的迅猛发展,电视节目模板知识产权保护的问题日益突出与迫切。加强电视节目模板的知识产权保护成为一项紧迫的任务。本文尝试在梳理电视节目模板相关概念、保护现状的基础上,通过对比西方国家关于于电视节目模板知识产权保护的判例,总结我国在此方面存在的不足,并从立法建议、市场监管与行业自律三方面提出保护电视节目模板知识产权的建议。With the increasingly frequent communication between Eastern and Western countries,as well as the rapid development of television production,the production of television formation becomes a serious problem.Therefore,strengthening intellectual property protection is a arduous task.This paper analyzes the definition of television formation and its protected status.By comparing with judicial precedents in Western countries,it sorts out the weakness in television formation protection,and suggests to strengthen television formation protection in the following ways:legislation,market surveillance,and self-regulation.
