摘　　要：目的探讨调督熄风针法对肝阳上亢非杓型高血压病患者血压昼夜节律、血压变异性、平滑指数的影响。方法将符合入组标准的69例肝阳上亢非杓型高血压病患者随机分为2组,对照组34例口服马来酸左旋氨氯地平,治疗组35例口服马来酸左旋氨氯地平基础上于申时行调督熄风针法,2组均治疗4周,比较2组患者治疗前后动态血压[24 h平均收缩压(24hMSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24hMDBP)、白天平均收缩压(dMSBP)、白天平均舒张压(dMDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nMSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(nMDBP)]、血压昼夜节律、血压变异性[24 h平均收缩压变异性(24hSBPV)、24 h平均舒张压变异性(24hDBPV)、白天收缩压变异性(dSBPV)、白天舒张压变异性(dDBPV)、夜间收缩压变异性(nSBPV)、夜间舒张压变异性(nDBPV)]、平滑指数[24 h平均收缩压平滑指数(24hSBPSI)、24 h平均舒张压平滑指数(24hDBPSI)、白天收缩压平滑指数(dSBPSI)、白天舒张压平滑指数(dDBPSI)、夜间收缩压平滑指数(nSBPSI)、夜间舒张压平滑指数(nDBPSI)]。结果2组治疗后的动态血压、血压变异性各指标均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且治疗组的nMSBP、nMDBP、nSBPV、nDBPV均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后的平滑指数以及血压昼夜节律、转变杓型人数均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且治疗组的nSBPSI、nDBPSI及血压昼夜节律、转变杓型血压人数均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论申时行调督熄风针法能对肝阳上亢非杓型高血压病患者起到减小血压波动、降低全天血压水平、改善昼夜节律、平稳降压的作用,尤其是在改善夜间血压方面更有优势。Objective It is to investigate the effect of Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture on blood pressure circadian rhythm,blood pressure variability and smoothness index of patients with non-dipper hypertension of type of liver yang hyperactivity.Methods A total of 69 patients with non-dipper hypertension of type of liver yang hyperactivity who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,34 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with levoamlodipine maleate tablets,the treatment group was treated with Tiaodu Xifeng acupuncture in the period of the day from 3 p.m.to 5 p.m.based on the oral administration of levoamlodipine maleate tablets,all the patients were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of ambulatory blood pressure[24-hour mean systolic blood pressure(24hMSBP),24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hMDBP),daytime mean systolic blood pressure(dMSBP),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure(dMDBP),nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(nMSBP),nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(nMDBP)],blood pressure circadian rhythm,blood pressure variability 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure variability(24hSBPV),24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hDBPV),daytime systolic blood pressure variability(dSBPV),daytime diastolic blood pressure variability(dDBPV),nighttime systolic blood pressure variability(nSBPV),nocturnal diastolic blood pressure variability(nDBPV)and smoothness indexes 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure smoothness index(24hMSBPSI),24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure smoothness index(24hMDBPSI),daytime mean systolic blood pressure smoothness indexe(dMSBPSI),daytime mean diastolic blood pressure smoothness index(dMDBPSI),nighttime systolic blood pressure smoothness index(nSBPSI),nighttime diastolic blood pressure smoothness index(nDBPSI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of dynamic blood pressure and blood pressure variability in the two groups were significantly lowe
