四子种王胶囊治疗弱畸精症的卫生经济学研究

摘　　要：目的四子种王胶囊治疗男性弱畸精症的疗效及其卫生经济学评价。方法将由弱畸精症导致的男性不育患者240例按随机数字表法分为三组,西医组80例,中医组80例,中西医结合组80例。各组均治疗90天为1个疗程,治疗后,对比治疗前后各组患者配偶妊娠率、前向运动精子率及正常形态率变化,并记录其治疗、检查费用。结果治疗1个疗程后,三组治疗前后配偶妊娠率、前向运动精子率、正常形态率变化比较,差异有统计学意义;中西医结合组的成本效果比最优。结论西医、中医、中西医结合治疗方法均可不同程度提高男性不育症患者配偶妊娠率、前向运动精子率,降低精子畸形率,其中中西医结合治疗方法的成本效果比最优。Objective Efficacy and health economics evaluation of Si Zi Zhong Wang capsule in the treatment of male asthenozoospermia and abnormal sperm disease. Methods 240 cases of male infertility caused by asthenospermia and malformed spermatozoa were divided into 3 groups according to random digital table method, 80 cases in western medicine group, 80 cases in traditional Chinese medicine group and 80 cases of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group.All groups were treated for 90 days a course of 1.Before and after treatment, the ertility rate of mate, the rate of forward movement sperm and the normal morphologic rate of the spouses of each group were compared, and the cost of treatment and examination were recorded. Results After a course of treatment, there were significant differences in spouses pregnancy rate and forward movement sperm and normal morphologic rate of sperm changes. Differences are statistically significan. Conclusion The combination of Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and Western medicine can all improve the pregnancy rate of the spouses of male infertility, advance the rate of sperm motility, and reduce the rate of sperm malformation in different degrees. The cost effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than the best.
