替格瑞洛在急性冠脉综合征患者介入治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的分析探讨急性冠脉综合征患者应用替格瑞洛治疗的临床效果,为后期临床开展该疾病的治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析于2015年1月~2019年1月期间收治的48例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组24例,两组患者在介入治疗后,对照组服用氯吡格雷,研究组服用替格瑞洛,对比分析两组患者各项临床指标。结果治疗后,研究组的血清cTnT、BNP、CRP和D-二聚体显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组的血流变化良好率为91.7%,显著高于对照组的66.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论替格瑞洛应用于急性冠脉综合征患者介入治疗中具有独特的优势,可降低血小板聚集率,调节血液灌注,治疗安全性能够得到保障。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of tiglillo in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS), and to provide reference for the later clinical treatment of ACS. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 48 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, 24 cases in each group. After interventional therapy, the control group took clopidogrel, and the study group took tiglilo. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the serum levels of cTnT, BNP, CRP and D-dimer in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The good rate of blood flow change in the study group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Tigrillo has unique advantages in interventional therapy for patients with acute coronary syndrome. It can reduce platelet aggregation rate, regulate blood perfusion, ensure the safety of treatment, and has prominent clinical value.
