摘　　要：本文回顾了新中国成立后安徽省麻风病的防治历程和成效,分析了不同时期麻风病的流行状况、防治策略和措施,即在麻风病处于高流行水平时,采取建立专业防治机构、大规模普查、线索调查、消麻运动和联合化疗等措施,有效降低了麻风病疫情;当处于低流行水平时,积极采取病例早期发现和主动发现、建立症状监测系统、稳定防治队伍和加强健康教育等主要防治措施。同时本文也指出了为实现麻风病消除目标,当前防控工作面临的困难和挑战。This paper reviewed the course in prevention and control of leprosy and the effects in Anhui Province after foundation of the founding of the people’s Republic of China,and analyzed the prevalence status as well as prevention and control measures taken in different historic periods. The measures taken in high prevalence included establishment of professional institutes,general survey campaign,tracking of the infection,leprosy elimination campaign and multidrug therapy( MDT),which greatly reduced leprosy infection. The prevention and control strategies consisted of focus on early and active diagnosis,establishment of system to monitor the suspected infection,stabilizing professionals for the disease prevention and control,and enhanced health education in populace under the low prevalence level. The paper also reminds of the difficulties and challenges in current prevention and control work for final elimination of leprosy.
